Golf gear tracker

I built ClubVault to give golfers a better way to keep track of the clubs and gear they actually use.

ClubVault is meant to be a practical home for equipment details, usage history, and watchlist-style tracking. Instead of trying to remember what is in the bag, when something was last used, or how gear is wearing over time, the app keeps that information organized in one place.

Overview

I built ClubVault because a lot of golfers care deeply about their equipment, but there are not many simple tools built just for keeping that side of the game organized. Bags change, clubs get swapped, grips wear down, and it is easy to lose track of the details.

The app is meant to make that information easier to manage. Golfers can keep a record of what is in the bag, log rounds, and keep an eye on gear history in a way that feels more structured than a note on the phone.

ClubVault is another example of a utility app I enjoy building: narrow in scope, practical in day-to-day use, and built around the way golfers actually think about their gear.

At a glance

Audience: Golfers who like keeping close track of their bag, equipment usage, and gear changes over time.

Built with: SwiftUI, iOS, SwiftData

Project type: iPhone app

Key features

  • Track what is currently in the bag and organize equipment by type.
  • Log rounds and tie equipment usage back to actual play.
  • Use watchlist and history views to monitor gear over time.
  • Keep a more complete record of clubs, grips, and related equipment.

Highlights

Tracks the clubs in a golfer's bag in a clean, organized way.

Includes history and watchlist-style views for gear management.

Helps golfers keep a better record of usage and equipment changes.

How it is built

I built ClubVault as a SwiftUI iPhone app with SwiftData to support lightweight equipment tracking, bag management, and history features in a clean native interface.

Why it matters

Golfers can get surprisingly attached to their equipment setups, and small changes matter. ClubVault is valuable because it helps keep those details organized instead of relying on memory or scattered notes.
