I built TeeCaddie as a simple virtual caddie that learns your game over time.
TeeCaddie is a reprisal of an old Windows Phone app I wrote years ago. I wanted to bring that idea back as a clean iPhone app that could give golfers helpful club suggestions, then get better and better as it learns how far they actually hit each club.

TeeCaddie is a reprisal of an old Windows Phone app I wrote years ago. I always liked the virtual caddie idea, and this was my chance to bring it back in a more polished and modern form for iPhone.
The main idea is simple: the more a golfer uses the app, the more it learns about their game. Instead of assuming every player hits a 7-iron the same distance, TeeCaddie gets more personalized over time as it builds a better understanding of how far that specific golfer hits each club.
I also wanted the app to account for real playing conditions, especially wind speed and direction. That makes the recommendations feel more practical, while still keeping the overall experience simple enough to use quickly on the course.
